At Casa Devine, we kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges on items once they have been delivered and accepted. Please ensure you inspect your items thoroughly before the delivery team leaves, as acceptance confirms the item has been received in satisfactory condition.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can review the issue and advise on next steps.

All items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, damage or alteration after delivery.
